Your Session Fee reserves your appointment and secures your photographer's time and expertise. This fee is collected at the time of booking and is non-refundable.

We understand that plans sometimes change! If you need to reschedule, we're happy to accommodate you at no additional charge with at least 48 hours' advance notice.

Yes. On the day of your portrait experience, an initial payment equal to the minimum portrait investment is required. This amount is credited toward your final portrait purchase, whether you choose a collection, wall art, or individual portraits.

Approximately two weeks after your portrait experience, we'll contact you to schedule your personalized Portrait Reveal & Ordering Appointment.

During this appointment, you'll see your beautifully finished portraits and explore our selection of albums, wall art, and portrait collections. You'll also have the opportunity to see our products in person, making it easier to envision how your favorite images will look in your home.

Our team will guide you through the selection process, answer your questions, and help you create a collection that's perfect for your family.

Payment Information

A minimum of 65% of your total portrait purchase is due when your order is placed. Your initial payment will be applied toward this amount, with the remaining balance due when your portraits are ready for pickup, or when any portion of your order is collected.

We accept major credit cards, checks, and cash.

Because each portrait order is carefully crafted, please allow approximately 4–6 weeks for production after your order is finalized.

Completion times may vary depending on the products selected and seasonal demand. We'll keep you informed throughout the process.
