What is the Session Fee?
The Session Fee is considered a retainer fee for the photographer and is non-refundable. Please be prepared to
secure your session with payment at the time of booking. If you are unable to keep your appointment, we are
more than happy to reschedule your session at no additional charge (must provide at least 48 hour advance
notice).

What is the Deposit?
The day of your session an initial deposit of the minimum order will be due and will apply toward whatever
package or wall collection you choose. The minimum order ranges for different sessions. Please call for more
details.

How do I order my pictures?
Approximately 2 weeks after your session, we will call you to schedule a Premier Ordering Session to view all of
your beautifully edited images. You'll be able to see and touch all of our products to select your package. We are
here to help you with all your decision making and happy to answer any questions!

A deposit of 65% of the total cost is due at the time you place your order. Your initial deposit will apply toward
the 65%. The final balance is due when you pick up your portrait order (or any part of it). We accept all major
credit cards, checks or cash. Checks are accepted for sessions and deposits only. Please use cash or credit cards
for final balances. There is a $35 service charge for returned checks.

How long until my portrait order is completed?
Your portrait order generally takes anywhere from 4-6 weeks to be made. This may change depending on the
season.

What do I wear?
This all depends on you or your child or family's personality and style! Depending on whether you want to keep
it simple and classic or accessorize outfits with splashes of color and modern pieces is completely up to you! Our
sets will compliment any wardrobe choices you bring! We always suggest jeans and overalls (for children), they
go with anything. At the time of booking we can help plan your wardrobe to capture exactly what you are
looking for.
